Biography

Thomas Kurian, MD, FACC, earned his medical degree from Seth G.S. Medical College & King Edward Memorial Hospital in Bombay, India. He completed his residency in internal medicine and completed an adult cardiology fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. He also completed an interventional cardiology fellowship and a nuclear cardiology preceptorship.

Dr. Kurian wants his patients to know that he will work hard to find answers, research and treatments for his patients to have an accurate diagnosis and give proper care.

He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases and interventional cardiology. Dr. Kurian is an active fellow of the American College of Cardiology and in his free time, he enjoys being with family, flying kites and being active outdoors.

Dr. Kurian is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable and very caring. He explains things in the manner devoid of medical jargon so that you can have a clear understanding of what he is saying. He is very sympathetic and he wants the best for me, his patient. LMH Health is lucky to have such an accomplished physician.

I was changing my provider and requested an appointment with this doc. He listened, he explained my diagnosis and the options for care. Not once did he dismiss me or treat me as if I was an idiot. I'm am absolutely transferring to this doc for all future care.

Very informative. This Dr handled my health concerns etc as if it was his own as far as showing interest in my heath issues and concerns. Explained things easy to understand and showed great interest in the issues and questions I had as well as explained things on the X-rays in my records.
