Walks in, says a few words, then walks me out. I don't feel a bond, I feel money to her. Very short worded, I usually have a lot of questions, and she usually passes over them with a smile. I'm usually left unanswered.

Natalie is awesome, I always feel that she cares about what me and my husband have to say, she's very good at answering my questions and helping me know what to expect ahead.
