Patient Advocate
Being a patient or having a loved one in the hospital can be a stressful experience. Tests and procedures happen quickly and emotions run high. What do you do if you aren’t getting the information you’d like or you feel that your voice isn’t being heard? Turn to LMH Health’s patient advocate for help.
What does the patient advocate do?
Whether you have questions about the care you’re receiving or you’re having trouble making an appointment or getting a prescription filled, the patient advocate works to help provide answers, resolve your concerns and make your voice heard.
We often serve as a communication bridge when patients or their families are seeking additional information. Reach out to us when you have concerns or want to share information about your visit to LMH Health.

Who can contact the patient advocate?
Patients aren’t the only people that can contact the patient advocate for assistance. Concerned friends, family members or other support persons can also contact us for help, though there may be times when we can’t discuss the patient or their care without proper authorization.
Can I share compliments or suggestions with you?
Absolutely! We love to hear where you feel we’re providing extraordinary care and ways that we can improve. We will also share your feedback with the clinic or department you visited.
