Biography

Patricia “Polly” Sheridan-Young, PA-C, earned her undergraduate degree from William Penn University in Oskoloosa, Iowa, and her master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Butler University in Indianapolis. She relates best to her patients through her ability to draw from personal experiences. Sheridan-Young knows how intimidating it can be to go to the doctor's office or talk about certain conditions and she understands where her patients are coming from. She wants to give her patients information and understanding of their conditions in a direct way.

Sheridan-Young is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Kansas Association of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Sports Medicine and Women Leaders in College Sports.

Philosophy Of Care

"I want my patients to know what their condition is, the severity of the condition and then how we can work to improve it. I want to give them actionable steps that we can work on to improve their overall health."
