Road construction may impact your appointments at LMH Health

Please allow additional time to arrive to your appointment as scheduled.


    LMH Health Main Campus Construction

    Construction will affect all patients and visitors to the hospital and Anderson Health Plaza clinics.

    Beginning June 10, the Cancer Center and treatment services will relocate to the third floor of the hospital on the LMH Health Main Campus. Learn more

    • Enter the Main Campus through the Arkansas Street Hospital Entrance. The doors to the Anderson Health Plaza will be permanently closed.
    • Free valet parking and wheelchair transportation are available from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
    • Directional signs will be ready to help you make your way to our temporary space on the third floor of the hospital.
    • You'll register for your appointment at the Cancer Center with our staff on the third floor. Exit the gold elevator, turn left and follow the signs to the registration desk.

    LMH Health West Campus

    The Kansas Department of Transportation’s new Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) at K-10 and U.S. 40/6th Street in west Lawrence will fully open to traffic on Monday, Sept. 9. Intermittent lane closures may occur in the coming weeks as crews work to complete the project. Motorists should stay aware and plan for the possibility of minor delays.


    LMH Health 6th & Maine

    Access to the entrances for LMH Health 6th & Maine are affected by the construction on 6th Street in Lawrence.


    West 6th Street Lane Restrictions

    Sixth Street between Monterey Way and Eldridge Street in West Lawrence is reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction. Locations impacted:
