Primary Care gets a new look at LMH Health
Family medicine and internal medicine providers support your health through every age and stage of life. To better reflect that connection, our clinics are taking on a new name – LMH Health Primary Care.
“Lifelong health begins when you surround yourself with the right resources and expertise to stay healthy and well,” said Gregory Schnose, MD, FACP, an internal medicine physician with the Internal Medicine Group. “Primary care weaves throughout your lifespan and it’s important for our clinics to have a name that reflects that journey.”
One of the first changes you’ll see will occur with the opening of LMH Health Primary Care at 6th and Maine. We’re bringing the physicians and advanced practice providers from Reed Internal Medicine and Total Family Care together under one roof to provide care for patients of all ages. You’ll still see the same providers you’ve come to know and trust, just with a new name and location.
New names are on the horizon for all of the family and internal medicine clinics, but these changes are coming in a staged approach. Our new names will reflect the location of each clinic, making it easier for our patients and communities to know where to go for care.
