3 things to know about the COVID-19 vaccine

We know you have questions about the COVID-19 vaccine. Here are three things you should know:

1. Your safety is our top priority. We want you to receive the vaccine as soon as you’re eligible. We’ll let you know when you can schedule and where you’ll receive the vaccine. Look for updates on the LMH Health website and social media channels.
2. LMH Health is one of the Phase 1A vaccination sites for Douglas County. People in this phase include front-line healthcare providers, EMTs, paramedics and other first responders who participate in medical response.
3. We don’t yet have specific dates or details about when the vaccine will be available to other people, and we also don’t maintain a list for people to sign up for the vaccine. We’ll share more information through our website and social media as we receive it.

While vaccinations have begun for some, please continue to wash your hands, socially distance, wear your mask and stay home when you are sick.
