LMH Health provides My Patient Portal to patients at the hospital and our affiliated clinics. Through the portal you can:
Registration
Can I enroll my spouse, child or other family member?
You can’t enroll in the portal for access to another adult’s medical information.
Parents can enroll on behalf of their children who are 12 and younger. LMH Health follows privacy laws, so portal access ends when children are 13 through 17 years old. Parents will receive a notification of the change. At age 18, a patient can enroll and allow their parent’s proxy.
I don't have an email on file or my email address has changed.
Contact your LMH Health doctor to add/update your email address before you self-register.

Check the spam or junk folders in your email account. If you still can’t find it, call 877-621-8014 for help.
Messaging
Can I ask questions about family members from my account?
No. Your account is specific to your health care and is tied to your personal medical record.
Can I use the portal for an emergency?
No. The portal and its secure messaging is for routine inquiries only. If you’re having a medical emergency, call 911 and don’t use the messaging feature.
When shouldn’t I use online messaging through the portal?
Call your doctor instead of using online messaging if:
-
You are experiencing a medical emergency. Call 911.
-
You need to see a doctor today.
-
You need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
How soon will I hear back after sending a secure message?
We try to respond to your request within one business day (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays).
Lab and Imaging Results
What lab results are viewable through the portal?
Most common lab results are available through My Patient Portal. Some sensitive results aren’t available, including STD screenings, HIV and some pathology results, endocrine studies, genetic testing and cancer markers.
When can I see my lab results?
Lab results are delivered to the portal as soon as they are entered into your medical record.
When can I see my imaging results?
Imaging reports are available in your portal after a radiologist has reviewed them. The doctor who ordered the test will contact you to discuss the results.
