LMH Health Laboratory is located on the LMH Health Main Campus on the first floor of the hospital.
Outpatient blood draws and specimen collections during normal business hours
- Patient parking is available near the entrance at 330 Arkansas Street and the Maine Street Entrance on 325 Maine.
- Upon arrival, please register with admissions inside the Arkansas Street entrance or Maine Street entrance.
- Bring your photo ID and health insurance card.
After hours and emergency tests available 24/7
- After hours, register at the LMH Health Emergency Department at 325 Maine.
- Parking is available near the entrance.
- Bring your photo ID and health insurance card.
Preparing for your test
- Your doctor will order lab tests and provide instructions to prepare for your test. Please be sure to follow all instructions carefully.
- Self-referrals are not available.
