About LMH Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab
The LMH Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Department facilitates rehabilitation for two types of patients:
- Cardiac Rehabilitation: Each year, Cardiac Rehabilitation helps 8,000 patients return to optimal health following a cardiac event such as angina, heart attack, bypass surgery, valve surgery or angioplasty. The team of RNs and Exercise Physiologists who specialize in cardiac care provides evaluation, assessment, EKG monitored exercise, education, and counseling. This program is certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
- Pulmonary Rehabilitation: Pulmonary Rehabilitation serves those who have a breathing disorder. Through educational, exercise and other programs, the department helps patients achieve an optimal health level.

Directions
Located in the Lawrence Health Plaza, Cardiac Rehab has easy access via the Valet entrance just South of the main LMH front door. The clinic is directly across the 3rd-floor hall from the elevator.
