Mt. Oread Family Practice

From newborn care to geriatric medicine and all ages in between, Mt. Oread Family Practice offers complete primary care for the whole family. Our location at the LMH Health West Campus enables us to provide a wide range of patient services, including general physicals and wellness exams, lab tests, minor surgery, patient education and more.

Appointment Hours

Mt. Oread Family Practice is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Our primary care providers offer same-day appointments. Appointment times may vary according to your physician’s schedule.

Walk-in care is available Monday-Friday for both new and established patients! Call the clinic for more information.

On-Site Services

We provide a wide range of on-site patient care services. Through our affiliation with LMH Health, we offer additional medical, physical therapy and diagnostic services at the LMH Health West Campus, as well as the hospital’s main campus.
