Cardiopulmonary Wellness
Once you’ve completed our Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, or if you have ongoing risk factors for heart disease, we recommend participating in our Cardiopulmonary Wellness program. This maintenance program will keep you on the path to heart disease prevention and a strong and healthy heart.
