Insurance and Payments
We participate in most insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card with you at each visit. We’ll bill your insurance company directly for all hospital services. Your insurance company will receive separate bills from physicians or other specialists who provide care.
Our patient services staff can help you with billing issues and payment arrangements. If you don’t understand your bill for any reason, please call the central business office at 866-434-1545 ext. 85419. You can also visit us or pay your bill online.
