Through our Integrated Crisis Team, LMH Health collaborates with Douglas County and several area agencies to help connect residents with appropriate services. You may receive a referral to any of these services.

Counselors help with any concern you have about suicide – concern for yourself, someone else, or someone you’ve lost. The Lawrence Community Shelter is the only emergency homeless shelter serving Lawrence and Douglas County. The shelter offers:

Willow Domestic Violence Center

The Willow Domestic Violence Center works to eliminate family and domestic violence in the community. The center provides free, confidential services to all residents of Douglas, Franklin and Jefferson counties. Services include:
