Become a Health Equity Partner

You're a great partner - let's make it official!

As part of LMH Health’s commitment to better serve all populations in our community, we are increasing our focus on health equity. Our goal is to directly address social determinants of health through education and community partnerships. But we need your help!

Your company can become a Health Equity Partner in 2022 through a gift of $500 toward the Health Equity Advancement Fund. To ensure that your company’s support of this important initiative is highly visible to your customers and throughout the community, we will provide you with a yard sign and a window cling. You’ll also receive recognition throughout the year at our health equity-related events, on our donor wall and in our Partners newsletter.
