2024 LMH Health Foundation academic scholarship process
Each spring, LMH Health employees who are enrolled in accredited nursing or other healthcare programs can apply for donor-funded scholarships through LMH Health Foundation. Employees must have already completed one year of employment at LMH Health. All scholarships will be paid to the educational institution and applied to the cost of tuition. Download application (pdf)
Scholarships are available for:
- LMH Health employees – General scholarships
- LMH Health employees – Nursing scholarships
- Children of LMH Health employees
- LMH Health volunteers
- Nursing students at Baker University, Emporia State and Washburn University (employed at LMH Health or not).
Individuals only need to fill out one application to be considered for all eligible scholarships. Upload your completed PDF.

In 2023, LMH Health Foundation awarded 46 scholarships totaling over $50,000 to our hardworking employees and students. Gifts from our generous donors make it possible to support these individuals who are furthering their education in healthcare and related fields.
