Your First Visit
Depend on LMH Health to get you started on a path to healing. See a licensed therapist for an initial evaluation. You may need a doctor's referral to schedule this appointment.
Paying for Therapy
Understand your potential costs for therapy before you begin treatment. Call our Pre-Service Center at 785-505-3760 to get an estimate of charges for your therapy services. You’ll need to provide:
- Patient name and date of birth
- Insurance company and policy number
- A phone number where we can reach you
- CPT code for the services recommended by your therapist
LMH Health accepts most major health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
