On May 8, 2023, Reed Internal Medicine and Total Family Care will relocate to LMH Health outpatient clinics at 6th and Maine Streets, right down the road from the current clinic locations. This convenient location will have ground-level access, comfortable waiting areas and exam rooms and convenient parking for your next appointment. This move will also allow us to offer expanded walk-in care for urgent health needs.

This legacy of care will continue with a new name, LMH Health Primary Care - 6th and Maine. Our primary care providers are here to provide the right care when you need it — close to work, home or school.
